What is a "Tec Team"?

A Tec Team is a group of 8 to 12 members that will meet on a monthly basis. The main idea is for a Tec Team member to share a relevant, personal or professional experience with the other members of the Tec Team. These teams are based on codes like respect and acceptance.

A Tec Team is not a social club, It is not a "fix it" group, It is not a clique and certainly it is not a therapy group. These meetings are safe harbors based on total confidentiality, trust and openness.

Purpose of a "Tec Team"

The main purpose of a Tec Team is: getting high-value feedback while at the same time fostering a close relationship with the other members of the group. This feedback will be in the form of personal experiences that will provide useful insight as well as a variety of perspectives on the issue that is being presented. At the end these experiences will provide all the Tec Team members with the opportunity to become better people, both professionally as well as personally.

How does a "Tec Team" Operates?

• Tec Teams meet on a monthly basis on a date mutually agreed by the group.
• The Team will work under a carefully designed agenda and a strict protocol.
• They will be peer moderated and will require from members a high level of commitment and leadership skills.
• Each Team has a Coordinator who will be responsible for making sure that the team is working accordingly.
